The true sign that Flash developers are in Demand
Even the chiropractors are hiring Flash people. Well, not so much hiring as bartering for services. Craigslist has a category for bartering stuff, and there is a lot of random stuff in there.
Just when I was thinking “who looks at this category?? it is all so random,” I saw a post for a chiropractor offering to trade treatments for someone to update his Flash 4 skills. Heck, if you are in the bay area, go for it. It could help you proudly stand up as a Flash expert.
On a related note of seeing Flash where I didn’t really expect to. Take a look at Yahoo! Answers. There are actually a lot of people asking questions about Flash.

Interesting when I went to the Y! Answers page 20% of the top questions were related to mobile devices. Two nights ago I was at a leadership dinner in Boston where Bruce Chizen was the keynote. He was talking about engaging experiences and focused heavily on mobile devices. It seems more and more devices now are either Flash Enabled or come with Flash preinstalled. The issue today I feel is that the saturation of the technology has not reached adoption yet, however in 18 months I think we are going to be looking at a very different landscape in mobile devices…especially since Verizon has already started shipping phones with Flash Pre-Installed.
